Harvard Business School to host leadership development program for professional service firm leaders


From July 12-17, 2015, Harvard Business School (HBS) Executive Education will host Growing and Leading a Professional Service Firm—China at the Harvard Center Shanghai. Offered in partnership with the Fudan University School of Management in Shanghai, the program will evaluate the evolving professional service sector in China and help leaders of professional service firms expand their business in China’s current economy.

Survey: Consumers abandoning radio waves in favor of online audio streaming


Mirror Image, a leading provider of edge computing, streaming media and content delivery solutions, announced the results of its survey, “Radio Evolution: From Waves to Online Streaming,” which found that 43% of consumers haven’t listened to their AM/FM radio at home for more than a year. The statistic is among several findings offering insight into today’s audio consumption patterns and implications for audio broadcasters and advertisers.

Dropbox expands developer platform to enable secure mobile collaboration

Dropbox announced the upcoming availability of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), an important capability for Dropbox for Business customers. Offered through upcoming partner solutions, EMM will allow businesses to give their employees safe access to mobile devices for work through trusted partner applications. Partners including AirWatch and MobileIron have already committed to enterprise integrations, which will be available to customers in the coming months.

Vindicia Expands Global Operations in Latin America


Vindicia  has announced the opening of its Latin American offices in Buenos Aires, Mexico City and São Paulo. Vindicia Vice President of Latin America and Caribbean, Alejandro Couce, will oversee Vindicia’s operations in the region, which follow the company’s recent expansion into Asia-Pacific. Vindicia is expanding globally to facilitate the projected growth of over-the-top (OTT) and online subscription services worldwide.

Nokia Networks launches 5G collaboration with Germany's University of Kaiserslautern



Nokia Networks will sponsor the 5G network architecture related research at the University of Kaiserslautern in Germany and work closely with the university to study the changes that are required in the telco architecture going forward.
