Monster Launches Next Generation Social Recruitment Advertising



Monster announced the commercial availability of Monster Social Job Ads, their next generation social recruitment advertising solution on Twitter. Following a successful beta launch of Monster Social Job Ads in November 2014, Monster is now expanding to full commercial availability for its entire U.S. customer base.




Monster Social Job Ads provides an immediate automated distribution of your selected jobs to targeted candidates among the full Twitter audience, excluding your followers. The product uses proprietary targeting technology, aggregating career-specific data, from more than 100 social sources and Monster's expansive resume database, making it simple for potential employers to find and engage candidates across Twitter regardless of whom those individuals follow.

Beginning in November 2014, Monster Social Job Ads was launched in beta with a number of U.S. companies, some of which include, Blue Shield of California, Citizens Financial, eBay, Geico, ManpowerGroup and T-Mobile.

Monster Social Job Ads will be available in other markets in the coming quarters.
